Krimsike cocktail float in Mediterranean

The recipe for a cocktail is a crisps Mediterranean float. This gourmet cocktail consists of ice cream drenched in orange lemonade with saffron syrup.

Cocktail float is an ice cream based drink with the addition of sparkling water and various ingredients. Feature such a cocktail is that on top of the cocktail whipped cream is laid out, thus floating on the surface they imitate a float.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 600 gr blood orange lemonade
  • 500 ml vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • A small pinch of saffron threads
  • Shredded candied orange peel for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Make saffron syrup: in a small saucepan bring to a boil 1/4 tbsp. water with sugar. Reduce the fire to weak and boil the mixture for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until sugar will dissolve. Add saffron and remove the mixture from the heat. Completely cool. Put 4 cups of ice cream in 4 cups, pour on top lemonade. Sprinkle with saffron syrup and garnish with orange candied fruit.
