Ingredients for the recipe:
For syrup:
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 tbsp. water
For one serving of cocktail:
- 25 ml bourbon
- 25 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 25 ml syrup
- Champagne or any dry sparkling wine, cool
- Thin stripe lemon zest, for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- To make syrup: mix sugar and water in a saucepan. Put the pan on the stove and cook at medium temperature, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove the pan from the stove and cool the syrup completely.
- To make a cocktail: toss 6 ice cubes into a shaker, add bourbon, syrup, lemon and orange juice. Shake cocktail for 10 sec., then strain into a glass. Top up champagne. Garnish the cocktail with lemon zest.
