Juice with celery, kale and seeds chia

Kale, the queen among green vegetables, is rich in vitamin K: this close calcium companion helps strengthen bones. For most beneficial juice should be drunk as soon as possible after cooking. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 medium cream tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. parsley leaves
  • 2 medium stalks of celery
  • 3 middle leaf kale with stalks
  • 1/2 large juicy lemon, peel and core
  • 1 tbsp. l chia seed

Recipe preparation:

  1. Using the appropriate juicer settings for each product, squeeze the juice in this order: tomatoes and parsley (together), celery, cabbage and lemon.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and let it brew for 5 minutes. Serve the juice immediately, optionally with ice cubes. Yield: 250 column
