Jamaican Jerk Marinade – A spicy paste used for flavoring Jerk dishes.

- 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper peas
- 1 tbsp. l cider vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- Grind all the ingredients in a blender. If necessary add 2 tbsp. l oil into the mixture to get more liquid consistency. Store the marinade in an airtight container in fridge. Jerk creamy sauce recipe plus 3 often seasonings used.
