Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tsp without top of black tea leaves (preferably Taj Mahal) or black tea of choice
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 piece of cinnamon sticks (2.5 cm.)
- 4 crushed fruits of green cardamom
- 4 clove buds
- 1/2 star anise star
- 2 medium-sized slices of fresh ginger
- 2 tsp honey or some more to taste
- Whole milk or nonfat cream (10-12%)

Recipe preparation:
- Bring to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. water, all spices and ginger. Turn off the heat and let the spices stand within 15 minutes
- Bring the mixture to a boil again, then add tea. Turn off fire and let the tea brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on which tea fortress you like. Add honey and milk as desired. Strain into a bowl or jug and serve!
