- 1 slice (2.5 cm.) Ginger, peel
- 1 Serrano chilli, cut in half lengthwise, peel seeds and chop coarsely
- 1/2 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Coarse salt
- 1/2 tbsp. greek yogurt
- 2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/3 Art. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. chopped meat of grilled chicken, without skin
- 2 medium-sized carrots, grate coarsely
- 4 pita bread of medium thickness or pita without pockets, preheat

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare the sauce: mix yogurt, lime juice in a bowl, cilantro and a pinch of salt. Cover and put on some time in a cold place.
