Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. l cardamom fruit
- 1/4 Art. Sahara
- 1 slice (2.5 cm.) Ginger, peel and cut into slices
- 3 bags of black tea
- 180 ml. gina
- 30 ml sweet vermouth
- 1/2 tsp orange bitter
- Striped orange or lemon zest for side dish

Recipe preparation:
- Fry, stirring constantly in a pan with medium temperature of the cardamom fruit, until flavor appears, approximately 1 min Add to the pan 3 tbsp. water, sugar, ginger and bring to boiling. Reduce temperature and cook until mixture decreases up to 2 tbsp., approximately 10 minutes
- Strain the syrup in a measuring jug. If it turned out less than 2 Art. syrup, add hot water. Add tea bags to syrup and leave to brew for 3 minutes. Then take out the teahouses sachets and cool the syrup to room temperature.
- Pour syrup, gin, vermouth and bitter into a large shaker, add ice and shake for 15 sec. Then pour the cocktail into a jug, filled with ice. Add the zest of orange or lemon.
