Latte
- 90 ml. espresso
- 1/4 Art. sugar syrup with cinnamon, see recipe below
- 1 and 1/3 Art. whole milk
- Crushed ice for serving
Cinnamon Sugar Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 1/2 tbsp. water
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Special equipment: 4 small glass jars with screw cap

Recipe preparation:
- Mix espresso, flavored sugar syrup and milk in a small jug. Fill each jar with crushed ice. Pour mix the latte into ice and serve immediately.

Cinnamon Sugar Syrup
Put the stewpan on medium heat, mix water, sugar and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer on simmer for 5 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and cool the syrup. Leftover syrup can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
