Recipe preparation:
- Heat rapeseed oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook in it garlic and jalapenos until soft (about 2 minutes).
- Put 3 tbsp. chickpeas in a food processor. Add the fried garlic and jalapenos, 3 tbsp. l olive oil, sesame paste, sesame oil and lemon juice. Mash until smooth masses. If the mixture is too thick, add the remaining 1 tbsp. l olive oil.
