Hot thick chocolate

Recipes use measuring containers. volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. whole milk
  • 1 tbsp. condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Art. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • 2 tbsp. l corn starch
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat whole milk in a saucepan at low temperature, condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix in a bowl of cocoa powder, sugar, corn starch and cinnamon. Pour cocoa mixture into a warm milk mixture and mix with using a whisk until smooth. Stirring constantly bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Once the chocolate has boiled, remove from the stove and pour over circles
