Recipe preparation:
- Heat whole milk in a saucepan at low temperature, condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Mix in a bowl of cocoa powder, sugar, corn starch and cinnamon. Pour cocoa mixture into a warm milk mixture and mix with using a whisk until smooth. Stirring constantly bring the mixture to a boil.
