Hazel latte
- 120 ml. hot, very strong, freshly brewed coffee with hazelnut flavor
- 2-4 Art. l chocolate caramel syrup, plus syrup for topping, see recipe below
- 120 ml. whole milk, skim or fat content of 2%, hot and foamed
- Whipped cream for decoration, optional
Chocolate Caramel Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp. cane sugar
- 3/4 Art. warm fat cream
- 170 gr minced milk chocolate
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:

Hazel latte
Pour hot coffee and some chocolate-caramel syrup into a large mug and mix until the ingredients are combined. Intervene hot milk, garnish with whipped cream and pour over the syrup optional.

Chocolate Caramel Syrup
In a small saucepan with a thick bottom over medium heat, melt sugar, do not mix until sugar begins to melt; then continue cooking, stirring slowly with a fork until melted and golden color. Continue cooking by rotating the saucepan until sugar will not turn into golden brown caramel.
- Remove from heat and carefully add warm cream to the saucepan. (the mixture will boil violently with the formation of steam), return caramel on fire, add chocolate and salt and mix until homogeneity. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
