- 1/3 Art. chopped chives or green onions
- 3 tbsp. l table horseradish
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest

- Mix butter, onion, horseradish, salt and food in a food processor lemon zest. Transfer the mixture to a plastic bag or wrap in parchment paper. Put the oil in the freezer chamber and leave to cool until it hardens. Cut the butter into slices and serve with fried meat.
