Recipes used. volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tbsp. hot water
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 2 tbsp. apricot nectar
  • 1 tbsp. vodka (optional)
  • 1 boot (750 ml.) Sparkling apple cider
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Recipe preparation:

  1. Dissolve honey in hot water. Cool the syrup, then pour into jug, add lemon juice, apricot nectar and vodka. Cool mixture in the refrigerator. Before serving, add apple cider. Serve punch with ice and lemon slices.
