  • 1/4 Art. cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 Art. plus 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil from soy, peanuts or corn

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, vinegar, and salt. Pour in oil gradually, whisk mixture until creamy refueling. Use for salad dressing or store in refrigerator up to 3 days. Exit: 1 tbsp.
