Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the egg whites with sugar and beat with a whisk until you get a light fluffy mass, 3-5 minutes. Mix in a silicone spatula flour, salt, melted creamy butter, cream and vanilla.
- Place the long handle of a wooden spoon on a jar or bowl, you will use it to form pockets for tacos. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. high heat; sprinkle with a cooking spray.
