  • 2 tsp root beer concentrate
  • 450 gr granular dry ice

Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine sparkling water, sugar and root beer concentrate in a very large durable bowl so that it does not break when added dry ice. Do not cover with a lid. Mix gently until sugar will not dissolve.
  2. Add dry ice to the mixture (the room should be fine ventilated). The mixture begins to bubble. Let the mixture stand in 15 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour a little root beer in glasses. Put the desired amount of vanilla on top ice cream.
