Homemade Meat Gravy

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 120 gr. butter
  • 1.5 tbsp. chopped onions (2 onions)
  • 1/4 Art. wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • Fat from roasting turkey or chicken plus chicken stock to it turned out 2 tbsp., heat
  • 1 tbsp. l brandy or brandy
  • 1 tbsp. l white wine, optional
  • 1 tbsp. l butter cream optional

Recipe preparation:
