- 1/2 tsp fine salt

Recipe preparation:
- In a glass bowl, beat the egg yolk and dry ingredients. Вmix lemon juice and vinegar in a separate bowl, then carefully whisk by adding half to the yolk mixture. Start vigorously whisk, then add the oil dropwise until the liquid becomes thicken and lighten (which means you get an emulsion). If you did it, you can relax a little (but only a little) and pour oil in a thin stream. When you injected half the oil, add the remaining mixture with lemon juice.
- Continue whisking until all of the oil has been added. Leave homemade mayonnaise at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
