  1. Rinse gooseberry and redcurrant berries and tear them off stalks.
  2. With a crush, we squeeze the currant berries, adding sugar to them.
  3. Decant red juice through a strainer.
  4. Gooseberry berries cut in half, add cake to them currants.
  5. Fill with water, pour in the remaining sugar. Cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Cool the liquid completely. We filter the broth and add red currant juice.
