  • 1 tbsp. roast coffee beans
  • 1 tbsp. l cardamom
  • 1 tbsp. l ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp finely grated freshly peeled ginger
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • A large pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp. heated water
  • 1.5 tbsp. skim milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. concentrated milk
  • Special equipment: coffee machine with option frothing milk

Cinnamon sugar

  • 1 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Combine the ingredients in a separate bowl.

Recipe preparation:

  1. Masala-seasoned coffee: use a large French jacket coffee press, in the absence of a home coffee machine. Put ground coffee, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, black pepper, cloves and salt; fill with water. Let brew for 5 min Pass through the filter by pressing the piston.
