Homemade wine from grapes

Do not wash the grapes!

We take berries and add sugar at the rate of 300 g of sugar for 3 liter jar of berries.

We fill the jar to the shoulders, do not tamp, otherwise the wine fermentation will run away, and close the plastic lid. We put in a room with an even temperature not lower than 18-20 degrees (the warmer the better) and leave to roam for 56 days. Write directly on the cover berry bookmark date, and a little lower when to drain the juice.

After 56 days, drain the resulting juice through cheesecloth without squeezing berries and taste. If you think that sugar is low, then add to your liking. Pour juice into a jar and leave on another 14 days, closing the lid. Then carefully, without raising sediment, wine pour into bottles.

The wine is very tasty – 16-18 degrees fortress. Yes and what else could it be if there is only grapes and sugar))))
