For ice cream:
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 tbsp. whole milk
- 1 tbsp. fat cream
- 1/2 vanilla pod, cut in half and scraped off the seeds
- 30 ml liqueur Baileys Irish cream
- 30 ml irish whiskey
For one cocktail:
- Scoop of vanilla ice cream
- A bit of chocolate bitter
- 60 ml. Guinness beer

Recipe preparation:
- To make ice cream: beat eggs in a large bowl yolks with sugar until pale. Heat in a saucepan on a weak fire milk, cream, and vanilla seed pod. Then slowly pour, constantly stirring with a whisk, hot liquid into the egg mass.
- Strain the resulting mixture through a fine sieve into a clean bowl, then put the bowl in a large bowl filled with ice water. Add Irish cream and whiskey to the milk mixture, mix until completely cooled.
- Put the chilled milk mixture in the freezer and freeze, periodically stirring, for 3 hours. Or freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker.
- Make a cocktail: put a ball in a glass ice cream. Pour in some chocolate bitter, then fill a glass to the top with Guinness beer.
- If there is no ice cream, mix Baileys Irish Cream with soft vanilla ice cream and freeze until hardened.
