Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 strips of bacon
- 1 tbsp. l lime juice, plus lime slices for serving
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- From 2 to 4 tbsp. l sun-dried jalapenos, chopped, plus 2 tsp. pickle from them
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- Tortillas chips for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Place the bacon in a large skillet and heat on medium the fire. Cook, turning, until crisp, from 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel to drain the oil.
- Meanwhile, cut the avocado and remove the stone. Put avocado in a medium bowl and add lime juice, cumin, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp pepper; mash with a fork. Add the red onion, pickled jalapenos, pickle and tomatoes, leaving a few slices of tomatoes and jalapenos for decoration.
- Crumble the bacon in a bowl with guacamole, leave a little for decorations, then mix. Serve Guacamole with Chips tortillas, garnished with crumbled bacon, tomato and jalapenos, and sprinkled with lime juice. Yield: 2.5 tbsp.
