  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp ground chilli chipotle
  • 4 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Coarse salt
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 3 pcs. vegetable physalis, peel, rinse and chop small cubes
  • 1/4 Art. diced red onion

Recipe preparation:

  1. Notch each chicken breast lengthways, not reaching the end a few centimeters. Reveal like a book.
