  • 2 tsp fried sesame oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Yuzu juice (fruit of a citrus plant), optional

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mix miso, mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, green onions, ginger and sesame oil. Put the fish in the mold for bake, pour the marinade and turn over. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
