Ingredients for the recipe:
- 8 slices (1 cm.) Casseri cheese (approximately 45 gr. Each)
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. brandy to pour slices of cheese
- 1 tbsp. wheat flour
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter
- 3-4 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 4 pita cakes (grease with olive oil, grill and cut into 4 parts)
- 1 tbsp. kalamata olives

Recipe preparation:
- Salt and pepper the cheese on both sides. Put the cheese in shallow dish and pour brandy. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours. Add salt and pepper to flour. Remove cheese from the marinade, leaving 1/4 tbsp. brandy and roll in seasoning flour so that the slices are completely covered breading.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the cheese for 2 minutes. from each side. Add left brandy and gently set fire to liquor, shaking the pan back and forth repeatedly. Add lemon juice to taste. Transfer cheese from pans and serve with pita cakes and olives.
