Grilled mango with jalapeno peppers

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 mangoes
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to sprinkle mangoes

  • 0.5 tbsp. Mexican sour cream (or 1/3 tablespoon sour cream mixed with 2 tbsp. l milk)
  • Thinly sliced jalapenos and cilantro, for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Peel the mango and cut flesh from the bone in large flat slices; put them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the mango slices with salt, black and cayenne pepper. and drizzle with olive oil. Turn the slices over and repeat the same the most.
  2. Grill the mangoes by flipping once until they appear clear marks from the grill, only 2-3 minutes. Put on the dish and Drizzle with lime juice. Serve with sour cream, sprinkled with jalapenos and cilantro.
