Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp. thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tbsp. l finely chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. l finely chopped ginger root, peeled peel
- 1/4 Art. soy sauce
- 1/4 Art. freshly squeezed orange juice
- Grill vegetable oil

Recipe preparation:
- Mix chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, juice orange and 1 tsp. peppers in a large package with ziplock. Close bag and shake so that the chicken is covered with marinade. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour or nights.
- Preheat the grill to a moderate heat and grease lattice. Grill the chicken thighs with the skin down and fry in within 5-6 minutes. Turn over and fry until cooked yet about 5 minutes. Allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes before serve.
