Recipe preparation:
- Prepare the grill: when using a gas grill turn on all burners to maximum, warm up, then reduce fire to medium. To grill charcoal, ignite the charcoal.
- Prepare the sauce: mix sweet and spicy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil and soy sauce. Meanwhile place the bok choy cabbage on a microwave dish, cover, cook in the microwave for 3 – 5 minutes. Shuffle with cooked sauce.
- Grill cabbage, turning over once, until marks, 1 – 2 min. Serve with the remaining sauce.
