Grilled bok choy cabbage

  • A few small heads of cabbage bok choy (500 gr.), cut each lengthwise in half
  • 1/4 Art. sweet hot chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare the grill: when using a gas grill turn on all burners to maximum, warm up, then reduce fire to medium. To grill charcoal, ignite the charcoal.
  2. Prepare the sauce: mix sweet and spicy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil and soy sauce. Meanwhile place the bok choy cabbage on a microwave dish, cover, cook in the microwave for 3 – 5 minutes. Shuffle with cooked sauce.
  3. Grill cabbage, turning over once, until marks, 1 – 2 min. Serve with the remaining sauce.
