  • 30 ml absinthe
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 90 ml. chilled water
  • Special equipment: absinthe spoon and lighter

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour absinthe into a glass of rock. Quickly soak a sugar cube in absinthe; just drop it to the bottom. Then take out the sugar cube.
  2. Place the absinthe spoon on the edge of the glass and place soaked sugar cube on top of a spoon. Set the sugar cube on fire and let the sugar caramelize for 10-20 seconds. Slowly pour water into a cube of sugar, allowing the sugar to dissolve in a glass. Stir with absinthe spoon. Serve the green fairy without ice.
