- 30 ml absinthe
- 1 sugar cube
- 90 ml. chilled water
- Special equipment: absinthe spoon and lighter

Recipe preparation:
- Pour absinthe into a glass of rock. Quickly soak a sugar cube in absinthe; just drop it to the bottom. Then take out the sugar cube.
- Place the absinthe spoon on the edge of the glass and place soaked sugar cube on top of a spoon. Set the sugar cube on fire and let the sugar caramelize for 10-20 seconds. Slowly pour water into a cube of sugar, allowing the sugar to dissolve in a glass. Stir with absinthe spoon. Serve the green fairy without ice.
