Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. dry red wine
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp whole pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper peas
  • Whipped cream, to serve (optional)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix wine, sugar, cinnamon, cloves in a saucepan, allspice and peas. Put the pan on medium fire and heat, stirring until sugar dissolve. Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from stove and let infuse for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain the mixture into a square baking dish (20 cm.) And freeze completely for approximately 5 hours. Scrape off granite with a fork and put into glasses. Serve with whipped cream.
