Recipe preparation:
- With a knife for peeling vegetables, cut eight strips 12 cm long orange peel. Only orange should be cut peel, as little as possible affecting the white inside. cut a sprig of rosemary into pieces of 10 cm. On the bottom twigs 1 cm wide tear off the leaves, exposing the stems.
