Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 1/4 Art. finely chopped peeled ginger
- 1 bottle (750 ml.) Of cava or any dry sparkling wine
- 1/2 tsp pomegranate molasses

Recipe preparation:
- Cook ginger syrup: mix sugar in a pan, 1 Art. water and ginger, bring to a boil and cook, stirring, on low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove the syrup from the stove and cool to room temperature, strain and remove ginger.
- Make a cocktail: open sparkling wine and fill half champagne glasses. Add 1/2 tsp. pomegranate molasses in each glass, then add 2 tbsp. l ginger syrup. Top up with the remaining sparkling wine. The remaining ginger syrup can be stored in the refrigerator and add to sparkling water.
