Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh basil
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh mint
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp. l peeled minced ginger
- 1 jalapeno peel, clear of seeds
- 2 tbsp. l chopped onions
- 2 tbsp. l fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. l water
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 Art. vegetable oil

Recipe preparation:
- Place basil, mint, cilantro in a food processor or blender, ginger, jalapenos and onions. Add lime juice, water, coriander, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Grind to homogeneous state.
