Measured containers are used in recipes. volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh basil
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh mint
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. l peeled minced ginger
  • 1 jalapeno peel, clear of seeds
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp. l fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. l water
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 Art. vegetable oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place basil, mint, cilantro in a food processor or blender, ginger, jalapenos and onions. Add lime juice, water, coriander, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Grind to homogeneous state.
