- 230 ml. gina
- 120 ml. lemon juice
- 120 ml. honey syrup, recipe see below
- Lemon zest, for decoration
Honey plain syrup
- 1/2 tbsp. honey

- In a shaker filled with ice, shake the gin vigorously, honey syrup and lemon juice.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with lemon zest. Honey plain syrup: In a small saucepan on medium heat honey and 1/2 tbsp. water until completely dissolved. Before using, cool to room temperature.
