Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 – 8 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/3 Art. Sahara
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil, plus more for a side dish
- 4 plums, chopped
- 1 tbsp. gina
- 3 tbsp. soda water chilled

Recipe preparation:
- Make basil syrup: mix sugar and 1/3 tbsp. water and bring to a boil in a small pan, stirring to dissolve sugar. Then remove from heat and cool completely, about 1 hour, then strain.
- Crush 3 plums in a large measuring bowl with a wooden spoons. Mix with basil syrup and gin. Chill until will be ready to serve. Pour into glasses filled with ice and top with soda water. Put the basil on top and the remaining sliced plum. Cocktail recipe with fruit puree.
