Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the garlic and butter to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes until garlic is slightly toasted. Turn off the heat and remove from the stove, but do not remove garlic, thereby continuing its preparation.
  2. Remove the garlic cloves from the butter and chop them. Put them in a bowl and pour the oil on top.
