  • 12 whole cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 pinches of red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the garlic in a small saucepan with olive oil and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Using a peeler, peel large strips of zest from the whole lemon and add it to garlic oil.
  3. Add red pepper flakes and salt and give to the butter infuse at room temperature until oil is absorbs aromas. Store the oil in the refrigerator. Exit: 2 Art.
