Вrecipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/4 Art. green cardamom fruits
  • 4 fruits of black cardamom
  • 3 broken pieces of large cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tbsp. l whole clove buds

Recipe preparation:

  1. Peel the cardamom: Gently crush the fruits of green and black cardamom in a mortar and pestle (or crush them on a cutting board heavy pan). Remove the seeds and discard the husk.
  2. Grind spices: Grind cardamom seeds, slices well cinnamon and cloves in a spice mill or coffee grinder. Keep seasoning in an airtight container away from direct sunlight up to 1 year. Yield: 1/2 tbsp.
