Frozen sangria

This is a new version of sangria: a favorite Spanish drink in the cold form, which is prepared in a blender with frozen cubes red wine. Share with friends: Photo Frozen SangriaTime: 10 minutes plus freeze time Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 The recipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 bottle (750 ml.) Of fruit red wine
  • 1/4 Art. brandy
  • 1/4 Art. orange liquor e.g. Triple Sec
  • 1/4 Art. very fine sugar
  • 1 pack (300 gr.) Frozen mixture of berries (about 2.5 Art.)
  • Special equipment: 2 ice cube trays

Recipes with similar ingredients: red wine, orange liquor, brandy

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fill 2 ice trays with red wine and place in freezer until hardened for at least 6 hours, preferably at night.
  2. In a small container with a lid, combine brandy, liquor and sugar. Refrigerate until time of use.
  3. Load frozen berries, ice from wine and chilled brandy mixture. Mix at high speed until get a thick loose mass. Pour into a jug and serve.
