Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

- 1/3 Art. Sahara
- 350 ml. chilled tequila
- 1 tbsp. lime juice, cool (from about 8 limes), plus 2 lime cut into slices for serving
- 4 tsp chilled orange liquor
- Special equipment: ice cream maker

Recipe preparation:
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1/3 tbsp. water. Cook over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves for about 5 minutes. Give cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the tequila, lime juice, chilled syrup, liquor and 1 tbsp. cold water. Freeze in ice cream maker about 45 min. to loose state following the instructions producer (see note by the cook). Shift frozen cocktail in a chilled jug. Keep in the freezer until time filing.
- Pour the salt in an even layer in a small plate. Moisten the edges 4 chilled glasses of Rocks or wine glasses and press the edges to salt. Divide Margarita between glasses. Serve with slices lime. Cook’s Note
