Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. frozen strawberries, raspberries or cherries
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 0.5 tbsp. plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 0.5 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 – 3 tbsp. l honey, or to taste
