  • 150 gr. fresh or frozen sugar peas in pods (thaw if frozen), cut in half
  • 1 tbsp. chopped carrots
  • 1 bunch of green onions, chop
  • 3 tbsp. boiled long grain rice

Recipe preparation:

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Heat in a pan 1 a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add eggs and fry, do not stirring until tender, about 1 minute. Flip over egg pancake and fry on the other side for approximately 30 seconds. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into thin strips.
