Recipe preparation:
- Heat a large frying pan to a moderately high temperature. Add almonds and fry, stirring, until golden brown, 2 – 3 min Transfer the roasted almonds to a blender, add 2 tbsp. l olive oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, 1/4 tbsp. water, 1/4 h. l salt, pepper to taste and chop until smooth. Transfer the resulting mixture into a bowl and mix the parsley.
- Mix asparagus with the remaining 1 tbsp. l olive oil, 1 tbsp. l water, lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste. Lay out the asparagus pan in a frying pan and fry until asparagus acquires a bright green color, approximately 4 minutes Shift to dish.
