Fried broccoli and capers

  • 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. l capers
  • 2.5 tbsp. l olive oil and 1 tbsp. l for refueling

Recipe preparation:

  1. Peel the broccoli stalk, and cut into long thin stripes with a vegetable knife. Then soak in the bowl, filled with cold water with ice.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the broccoli inflorescences in olive oil with medium temperature, sometimes stirring, for about 6 minutes. Move broccoli aside, fry capers in the same pan within 30 sec. Put in a salad bowl.
  3. To dry the planed stalk of broccoli, put in salad bowl. Add parsley and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix in a separate bowl for a tablespoon of lemon juice and olive oil, season with fried broccoli and capers.
