Ingredients for the recipe:
- 5 tbsp. l Sahara
- 3 tbsp. l water
- 1/3 Art. Vietnamese fish sauce (Nuong Nam)
- 1/2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
- 1 large chopped clove of garlic
- 1 (or more) peeled and chopped Thai peppers bird eye chili or pepper
- 1 peeled, chopped into thin rings and washed (per optional) shallots
