Photo Fish dip sauce Photo of the dish: шеф-поварCorinna Trang Time: – Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 5 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 3 tbsp. l water
  • 1/3 Art. Vietnamese fish sauce (Nuong Nam)
  • 1/2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
  • 1 large chopped clove of garlic
  • 1 (or more) peeled and chopped Thai peppers bird eye chili or pepper
  • 1 peeled, chopped into thin rings and washed (per optional) shallots

  1. In a bowl, combine sugar, water, fish sauce and lime juice. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Add garlic, chili peppers and shallots. Let stand 30 before serving. min
