  1. Cut feijoa fruits and beat in a blender until smooth along with 200 gr. Sahara.
  2. Remove the zest from the limes and squeeze the juice. Mix with feijoa.
  3. In a mortar, rub the leaves of 3 sprigs of mint, the remaining sugar and salt. Add the resulting mashed potatoes to feijoa.
  4. Finely chop a small handful of mint leaves, mix with feijoa and send to the refrigerator for 2 hours. Enjoy your meal!
