- Cut feijoa fruits and beat in a blender until smooth along with 200 gr. Sahara.
- Remove the zest from the limes and squeeze the juice. Mix with feijoa.
- In a mortar, rub the leaves of 3 sprigs of mint, the remaining sugar and salt. Add the resulting mashed potatoes to feijoa.
