Fancy Fruit Sushi

To enjoy this dish, loving sushi is not necessary. A fun, simple and useful dessert idea for a children’s party. If sushi doesn’t seem sweet enough, you can double amount of oil and marshmallow. Difficulty: Easy Quantity: 20 rolls Recipes use measuring containers volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
  • 2/3 Art. mini marshmallow
  • 2 tbsp. boiled rice
  • 1 banana, sliced in thin slices
  • 240 ml fruit platter (e.g. strawberries, pineapple, kiwi and melon)
  • Thinly sliced mini chocolate granules and toasted coconut shavings, for sprinkling sushi (optional)
  • Special equipment: a form for nigiri sushi or plastic ice cube tray

Recipes with similar ingredients: butter, marshmallows, rice round grain, bananas, strawberries, Pineapple, kiwi, melon, chocolate, coconut flakes

Recipe preparation:

  1. Sweet glutinous rice for sushi: in a small stewpan on melt the butter and marshmallow until medium softened. Remove from the stove and stir in the cooked rice so that it evenly distributed.
  2. Spray some vegetable oil onto a nigiri sushi dish. Take the fruit slices and lay them one at a time on the bottom of the mold or tray for ice. Spoon the rice and gently squeeze. Get out “sushi”, if desired, sprinkle with pieces of chocolate and fried coconut flakes.
