Orange Drink

To make an energy drink you will need:

  • Meltwater 800 gr
  • Natural Orange Juice 200 ml
  • Salt 2 tablespoons

How to replace melt water if it’s not winter time in the yard? Take mineral water, choose with the least amount salts.

Stir the salt until completely dissolved in a small amount warm boiled water and mix with other ingredients: juice and melt water. Chill the drink.

Drink an energy product after exercise 2 cups for half an hour.

For a drink you will need:

  • Honey (can be replaced with raspberry jam) 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice 4-5 tablespoons
  • Rosehip syrup 2 tablespoons
  • Mineral water with a large salt fraction (Essentuki) 1 l

Heat the rosehip syrup and dissolve the honey in it. Add juice lemon, pour mineral water and cool.

Such a drink will invigorate, replenish with the necessary energy tired body.

Ginger Energy Drink

  • Green leaf (!) Tea brewed 0.5 l
  • Fresh juice 3 carrots
  • Grated Ginger 50 gr
  • Juice 1 Orange
  • Grapefruit Juice 1

Grated ginger put in a bottle with green fresh brewed tea. Let it brew for 15-, 5-2 hours. Mix in capacity 2 l carrot and fruit juices, add strained tea.

Such a drink perfectly tones, refreshes and removes fatigue.
