Enchilada Tomato Sauce

Hot sauce – an integral part of a popular Mexican snack enchilada, which is prepared on the basis of thin corn tortilla. The filling of the enchilada can be meat, vegetable or from eggs. Following this recipe, you can cook for the enchilada simple and quick spicy chili sauce. Share with friends: Photo Tomato Sauce for Enchiladas Time: 20 minutes In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 300 gr tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. l flour
  • 1/4 Art. ground chili
  • 2 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized stewpan, heat the vegetable oil, add flour by stirring with a wooden spoon until smooth consistency. Fry for 1 min. Add ground pepper chilli and fry for 30 sec.
  2. Add the broth, tomato paste, oregano and cumin. Shuffle before connecting. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. The sauce should thicken and become uniform. Bring to taste with seasoning. Serve with your beloved enchilada. Exit: 2.5 tbsp.
